Refund policy:


In case of problems with the product after receiving the product (eg: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, product does not match with the image, etc.) you can get back the full value of the purchased product subject to the following conditions.

1) You have to mail to info@bdrtwshop.com within maximum 48 hours after receiving the delivery.
2) In case of refund, the product should be in a completely intact condition along with the box.
3) You must return the product to the office of bdrtwshop within 7 working days at your own risk.

4) If the price of the product is written on it and if for some reason the price of today's deal is more than that, then in case of extra price, you have to register a complaint by mail to info@bdrtwshop.com within 48 hours. If your complaint is correct, the extra value you paid will be refunded within 10 working days of development.
5) In case of advance (development / rocket) payment, if the product is not in stock or the buyer is not willing to take, the order will be canceled and the refund will be given to the number from which the advance payment has been made.
Our refunds and replacements do not apply to BOGO offers.
Free delivery will not apply to BOGO orders.

B. Special Note

Our Complaints Team will call you for any complaints regarding products and services. We want to get you active on the phone until your complaint is resolved. If your contact number is not active, an alternative number must be active. You will need to tell us the means of refund for the refund. If we do not receive any of your cooperation by phone or email within 15 working days, we will consider your complaint to be settled.

1. Product will be delivered subject to order stock. Due to unavoidable reasons, delivery of the product may take longer than the promised delivery time of the seller.

2. Today's deal reserves the right to cancel your order at any time for unavoidable reasons, even after order confirmation. In this case, if the advance price is paid, the required information for refund (Bank No. / Paypal No. / Card No. and others) and if you do not accept the product after courier for product delivery, the product will be returned from that courier today. Replacement Policy:


Only for products priced above Rs. 2000, the customer will get the replacement benefit of the product subject to the following conditions.

1) You can get a replacement in case of product problems (such as: broken product, torn, wrong size, product not working, product does not match with the picture, etc.).
2) The product must be completely intact with the box.
3) You have to mail to info@bdrtwshop.com within maximum 48 hours after receiving the delivery.
4) You must return the product to your office within 7 working days at your own risk.
5) The maximum courier charge of PHP 80 inside Metro-Manila and PHP 120 outside Metro-Manila will be refunded to the customer for sending the product to today's deal office.
