Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn

  2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories

  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Daraz packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box

  4. NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.

If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.

Return & Refund

bdrtwshop exchange policy allows you to exchange any bdrtwshop product purchased online within 15 days of receipt. Any exchange is absolutely FREE of cost. You will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved.

info@bdrtwshop.com However all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, please send back the full parcel to YELLOW online store and inform us of our customer service. We will revise and re-send the full order.

Please note:

  • No discounted/special offer item will be exchanged/ refundable.
  • No monetary refund is acceptable.
